How
much do you charge for shipping?
All domestic orders are charged a flat-rate of $6.95 for standard ground shipping. Your order will arrive in 1-7 days depending upon your location. Expedited
shipping options are available at check out. Orders to the UK and Canada are shipped Global Express (3-5 day) or Priority (6-10 day). Shipping rates are displayed at checkout.
What
carrier do you use to deliver my package?
We use Federal Express, United Parcel Service and the United States Postal
Service. Several different factors determine which carrier we use to deliver
a particular order. Weight, size, value, delivery address and even what
day of the week your order is placed, help us to decide the very best
way to get things to you.
How
long will it take for you to ship my order?
All orders for in stock items placed by 4pm EST Monday-Friday ship that same day. Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will ship on Monday.
How
long will it take for my package to arrive?
Your order ships from our warehouse in Connecticut, USA. Transit time is anywhere
from 1-5 business days depending upon your location and shipping method
chosen (3-10 business days for the UK & Canada). Expedited shipping options are available at check out. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order ships.
Do
you accept international orders?
We currently ship to the USA, UK and Canada. UK and Canada orders can be shipped Global Express Mail, so even though you are over there...we can get you your order in just 3-5 business days!

What
methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for payment.
We do NOT accept Personal Checks, Money Orders, Traveler's Checks, or Cash.

Everything we sell is covered by our 30 day "No-Hassle" returns
policy. If you are not pleased with your purchase for ANY reason, you
may return it for a complete refund (including original shipping costs*). We ask that you do this within 30
days of delivery. Please see Product Returns for complete
information.
*We cannot refund "Express" or "International" shipping costs under any circumstances.
Are you going to bombard

Return Policy:
Everything
we sell is covered by our 30 Day “No Hassle” return policy.
If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason you may return the
item to streetpeddler.com within 30 days of purchase for a complete refund.

Return Instructions:
ALL returned
merchandise must be in unused, saleable condition with all packaging materials
and instructions. Returns must be made within 30 days of delivery date.
Simply email us at returns@streetpeddler.com
along with your original order number and a brief description as to how
we fell short of your expectations. We will promptly issue a Return Merchandise
Authorization number and additional return instructions. Returns cannot
be accepted without a RMA number. The full purchase price plus original
shipping costs (if any) will be refunded to the credit card used to make
the purchase. We cannot refund original shipping cost for "Express" delivery or "International" orders.
The return of any item that is defective or due to a shipping
error on our part will be reimbursed for return shipping costs as well. We cannot refund return shipping cost for "International" orders. All other returns must be postage paid by customer.

Warranty Return Instructions:
Should a
warranted product fail during the warranty period, simply email us at
returns@streetpeddler.com
along with your original order number and a brief description as to how
our product failed. We will promptly issue a Return Merchandise Authorization
number and additional return instructions. Returns cannot be accepted
without a RMA number. Due to constantly changing fashions, your particular
item may no longer be available. If an exact replacement is no longer
available, you will have the option to choose any similar item of equal
or lesser value.

All our sunglasses
come with a two year warranty from date of purchase against defects in
matereals and workmanship. This warranty does not cover scratched lenses

All our watches come with a one year warranty from date of purchase against
defects in matereals and workmanship, batteries included. All our watches
are warrenteed to keep accurate time, within 60 seconds per month. Many
of our higher priced watches come with an additilonal warranty from the
